Return and Refund Policy

  1. No full refunds after the rental period begins.

Once your rental plan has started, we’re unable to provide a full refund.

 

  1. Full refund available if order is canceled before shipment.

If you cancel your order before we ship your first box, we’ll issue a full refund.

 

  1. Return your shipment

Every shipment includes a pre-paid return label. When you’re ready to send back, take out  the shipping label from the garment bag and stick it on the outside express bag. Please make sure accessories and dust bags or boxes are returned as they come in original.

 

  1. What if I receive an item that doesn’t fit?

If an item doesn’t fit, you may send it back for a refund or an exchange within 48 hours. A $5 restocking fee (+tax) will be deducted from the refunded amount for each returned item. You can learn more about our returns policy here. 

 

  1. Customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Because custom orders are made just for your pet, we do not accept returns or refunds once production begins.

 

  1. What if I lost my return label?

Head to Order History under your account and request a new return label for your latest shipment, or contact us directly. 

 

  1. No returns or refunds for items redeemed with shop credits.

Please review size and style details carefully before redeeming. 



  1. Late returns may incur additional fees.

Each member gets one free 3-day extension. After that, daily late fees may apply for late return.

 

  1. No returns for worn or visibly damaged rental items.

We can’t process returns or refunds for items with clear signs of wear, stains, or damage beyond normal use.

 

  1. We reserve the right to review and approve all refund requests.

All refund decisions are made case-by-case to ensure fairness and quality service.
